Terms of use

1. Scope of Services: 

a. INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD agrees to provide web development, social media management, and IT services as agreed upon between INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD and the client. 

b. Services may include but are not limited to website design, development, maintenance, social media content creation, posting, engagement management, and IT support. 

2. Client Responsibilities: 

a. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD to perform the services. 

b. The client agrees to cooperate with INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD and provide timely feedback and approvals as necessary. 

3. Fees and Payments: 

a. Fees for services will be agreed upon between INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD and the client prior to the commencement of work. 

b. Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement and must be adhered to by the client. 

c. Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties as outlined in the agreement. 

4. Intellectual Property: 

a. The client retains ownership of all intellectual property provided to INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD for the purpose of performing the services. 

b. INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD retains ownership of any intellectual property developed in the course of providing the services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

5. Confidentiality: 

a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the term of the agreement. 

b. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the disclosing party. 

6. Termination: 

a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. 

b. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination. 

7. Limitation of Liability: 

a. INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided. 

b. The total liability of INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services. 

8. Governing Law: 

a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. 

b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Cyprus. 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, both INV.BRO.CYPRUS.LTD and the client acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the obligations outlined herein.
